Reports:
Summer Fair
The Annual Summer Fair is on Saturday 6th July - with a 1968 theme! Volunteers are always needed so if you can help - to set up, to run a stall, to help wth refreshments etc, please leave your name at the office or contact Mrs Wren or Mrs Forder from the PTA.
Any donations for the stalls - toys, books and, in particular, bottles - would also be gratefully received. Please bring them into the office.
40th Anniversay of the School on its present site
The School will be celebrating its 40th anniversary on the current site this year, and Mrs Gowland is hoping to create an "Anniversary Exhibition" to celebrate this. She is hoping that former pupils, members of staff or governors may have photographs, artefacts and memorabilia from their time at the school - for example old school reports, medals or other items of interest - that they would be prepared to share. If you are able to help with this project, please could you bring your items to the school office for the attention of Mrs Gowland. Please be reassured that all items will be treated with great care, and will be returned at the end of the exhibition.

Childline - Charity for 2007 - 2008
As you will be aware, the School Charity for this year is Childline. The collections which took place at the Upper School and Lower School Christmas concerts raised just under £700 - so thank you all very much!
Also, on the non-school uniform day the children raised over £350, and other sales - for example the school newspaper and various class sales - have contributed a further £140.
Well done everybody, and keep up the good work during this term.

More Clubs than Ever!
This year there are loads of extra-curricular clubs for the children to enjoy. A letter has been sent out with all the details and your child can join as many as they like - as long as they have time and energy to fit them all in!
Click HERE for all the details of which clubs are on offer, and when they are taking place. More details are available for children in school, but they will need to listen out for information and check the noticeboards.
